Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Midwest Regional Fleet. This position is designed for drivers who want consistent miles and home time while hauling no-touch freight across the region.

Job Details:

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets with regional routes.
  
• Miles: Average 2,000 miles per week (dependent on Hours of Service and availability).
  
• Pay: Average gross of $1,200 per week.
  
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload).
  
• Route Length: Average haul of 300 miles.
  Equipment & Support:
  
  • 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
    
  • 24/7 operations support available.
    Compensation & Bonuses:
    
    • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
      
    • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
      
    • Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, plus another $500 after 30 days.
      
    • Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
      Requirements:
      
      • Valid Class A CDL.
        
      • 3 months Minimum of required driving experience.
